Jack Parnell brings together British construction expertise, executive leadership and a distinguished background in luxury hospitality and service to provide a highly personal approach to private estate management in Corfu, Greece.
Holding a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Construction (UK), Jack possesses a strong technical understanding of property, construction, maintenance and project oversight. Most recently, he built and operated a construction business alongside his father in the UK, further developing his expertise in contracting, building works and the management of complex projects.
Prior to this, Jack spent 14 years as CEO of Sarah Barrett Organic Luxe Concept, which he built into an award-winning business and a pioneering name in premium wellness, hospitality and service. His approach to redefining the client experience earned national recognition, including Best Independent Salon UK at the Women’s Health UK Awards in 2021. His leadership was also recognised through his selection for the ITV Business Club in 2012, alongside leading British entrepreneurs and business figures.
Jack’s entrepreneurial and operational innovation was subsequently recognised by PayPal America, following the success of systems and customer-service initiatives he developed within the business.
As the founder of Jack AI, Jack continues to pioneer better systems for business, drawing on many years of experience in leadership, service, operations and customer experience.
Now permanently based in Corfu, Jack combines his construction expertise, hospitality pedigree and commercial acumen to provide owners with trusted, hands-on oversight of their estates.
